Fees - I understand that all fees, costume deposits and credits are non refundable. I understand that costume deposits are to be paid at the beginning of term 3 and are a commitment to the end of year concert and i will not receive my costumes until fees and costumes are paid in full. I understand that a late fee will apply to my account if not finalised by the due date each term. (more information in our Studio Policy)

Social media - By enrolling at Ballare Dance Academy you are giving permission for us to photograph or video your child, all photo/videos taken in class or at any performance can be used for promotional and advertising purposes for Ballare Dance Academy. Required
