Classes

Baby Ballet (2.5 - 5 years)

Our baby Ballet class is the perfect introduction to ballet for our youngest of dancers.

We like to use props and create lots of different imaginative exercises to help students explore their creativity all while learning the beginner steps to ballet.  

Combo Class 

Our Combo class is coming back to 2025! With a mix of Jazz, Tap and Acro styles, students will learn Jazz technique like kicks, turns and leaps then will learn the basics to starting Tap (perfect for musicality) and then finish with a bit of Acro where they will learn tumbles and other beginner steps. Students will develop a keen sense of rhythm, balance, timing and musical awareness by percussive footwork that marks out rhythmic patterns on the floor.

Primary Ballet (5 - 7 years)

In o ur Primary ballet we start to learn more beginner ballet steps and still has the imaginative exercises that bring out students creativity and confidence. Students can study for their RAD examinations, however this is not compulsory.

Grade 1 Ballet (7 - 8 years)

We follow the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus.  Students can study for their RAD examinations, however this is not compulsory.

The RAD is one of the world’s most influential dance education and training organisations, with its global headquarters in London. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to learn to dance.

2 classes a week are required for students completing RAD exams.

Concert

All the above classes will have an end of year dance in our annual concert. Primary and Grade 1 classes may have 2 dances, this is determined throughout the year based on student development and concert themes. Our end of year concerts are not compulsory.
